  4. Anyone knows how often and for how long a period this has to be done to reset your pelvic tilt back to normal?
    Is it like 5 reps of 20-30 seconds every day for 6 months or so? I'm aware of changing habits and regular workout after the reset to maintain the normal posture.
    And if exercised every day – how fast are you gonna see results? Thanks
